Thanksgiving

I went to St. Jude today even though I have dysmenorrhea, again. I gave thanks to God and St. Jude for making things possible like passing my Nclex-RN exam. I thank him that I didn’t go further to that exam and stopped at 75. Well that’s I had been praying for ever since, that if I will pass help me to pass it and stop at 75, but if I will not don’t let my burden go far, Ha-ha. I also remembered I told my mother that I will finish the exam in 2 hours because I will only be answering 75 questions. I’m reminiscing while I was in the church; this is a really great blessing. But not everything would go happy I guess. I’m in a state of heartbroken. Ha-ha. At first I don’t know what petition I will ask for St. Jude again, of course he has granted my wish. Then I realized and knew what I needed right now, a peace of mind and peace of heart. I prayed to give me strength to move on and forget the past. I know things are not easy, but I know someday I will get through this and be a better person, for others and for myself. I pampered myself and had a new haircut. My hair is short right now, Ha-ha. I also had a pedicure. Now I’m preparing my documents because probably tomorrow I will pass my requirements in Quezon City General Hospital. Ha-ha. I still hope! This ends my day, a start of new beginning in a life full of challenges I guess…

There are things that you love, but you have to give up. Not because you don’t want them anymore but because you realized that they’re not for you. And something better is bound to come along your way, somewhere, someday.
